Our team was called by Carolina Pines RV Resort in Conway, South Carolina as they were dealing with excessive heat in their guard gates. After consultation, we used a combination of Madico Sunscape window films called Purelite 40, Duralite 20 and Starlite 8. This combination of solar control window film will help dramatically reduce the heat coming through the windows while also providing privacy where needed with the Purelite being the most prominent film used on the main windows.
Purelite 40 is a very distinctive product created to be an extremely light window film that provides balanced solar heat rejecting performance while appearing highly natural on the glass. Some of the other Purelite benefits are as follows:
- Fade Reduction: blocks up to 99% of damaging ultraviolet rays, slowing the fading of flooring and furnishings.
- Heat Reduction: blocks up to 80% of the sun’s heat saves on air conditioning costs
- Energy Savings: saves costs in winter too, as the same film retains interior heat.
- Glass Breakage Protection: Should a window ever break, the film protects you and your family from flying glass fragments by holding the glass together.
