Matthew Yelle
With over 24 years of experience in the window film industry, Matthew Yelle is the co-owner and president of Palmetto Protection Films. He brings deep technical expertise and a meticulous, detail-driven approach to every residential and commercial project the company undertakes.
Matthew specializes in solar control, safety and security window film, decorative film applications, and professional window cleaning, ensuring each solution is tailored to the unique needs of the space and the people who use it. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and proper installation standards is a cornerstone of Palmetto Protection Films’ reputation.
As the business looks ahead to 2026, Matthew remains dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions for homes and businesses across South Carolina and North Carolina—maintaining the same level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail that clients have trusted for years.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys airsoft, skateboarding, and spending time with his family.
Kristy Yelle
Kristy Yelle serves as Vice President of Palmetto Protection Films, where she leads business development, client experience, and community engagement. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s vision, partnerships, and long-term growth, ensuring every client interaction reflects the values the business was built on.
She currently serves as Treasurer of the International Window Film Association and remains actively involved in regional business and leadership organizations. Her professional involvement reflects a strong commitment to industry standards, continuing education, and building meaningful connections within the communities Palmetto Protection Films serves.
Kristy is passionate about creating a professional, customer-centered experience and takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses find the right window film and glass-care solutions for their spaces. She proudly serves residential and commercial clients throughout South Carolina and North Carolina.
Outside of work, Kristy enjoys homeschooling her two boys, spending time outdoors with her family, crafting, caring for their dogs and chickens, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
