Safety and security window film professional
1. What precautions are taken to protect my home during installation?
Our installers prioritize the cleanliness and protection of your home. We use indoor shoes with booties and drop cloths to safeguard your flooring. Before installation, we place drop cloths on the floor, move or protect furniture as needed, and secure or remove any window treatments.
2. Who will be installing my window film?
Your window film will be installed by an Accredited Installer from the International Window Film Association (IWFA). Our team undergoes extensive training in Architectural Film Technology and Installation Techniques, ensuring expertise in both film selection and installation methods.
3. How is the window film applied?
First, we clean the window glass thoroughly with a stainless steel razor blade and soapy water to ensure a smooth surface. The window film is then cut to fit your window’s dimensions. After a second cleaning, we apply a slip solution to position the film accurately before using a professional squeegee to remove excess water. Towels are placed around the window ledges to catch any moisture.
4. What happens after the installation is complete?
After the installation, we return all furniture and window treatments to their original positions and clean the area. We will also review the warranty information with you and provide detailed care instructions.
5. What is your return policy?

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction. All installations come with manufacturer-backed warranties covering materials and labor. Due to the custom nature of our installations, we do not offer refunds on flat glass window film services. However, any manufacturer imperfections will be corrected according to IWFA standards. Learn more about our return policy on our window tinting services page.

6. What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the installation?
If your installation does not meet IWFA standards within 7 business days, please contact us at (843) 825-8468. We will schedule a consultation to discuss further solutions on a case-by-case basis.
